Prof. Dr. Emmy Csocsán

1997-2007 Professor at TU Dortmund in the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences. Today she is lecturing at different universities in several countries. Her specialist areas focus on analysis and the following up of learning processes in pupils and young persons with visual impairment, the development of mathematical competences, the inclusive setting of pupils and students with VI.
Emmy Csocsán works with different international projects.
Initiator and founder of the German ISaR Project. Her special tasks: development of data banks didactic pool, learning and teaching materials.

Prof. Dr. Renate Walthes

Professor at TU Dortmund in the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, head of the department Rehabilitation and Education by Blindness and Low vision.
Her specialist areas focus on educational questions, early intervention, perception and complex impairments. Main points of research: Low vision, cortical visual impairments, perception processes in visual impairment.
Renate Walthes is the leader of several international projects and cooperation programs.
She is the initiator and founder of German ISaR Project and responsible for developing the concept of the project, further education and coordination.

Solveig Sjöstedt

Honorary counsellor of education in Finland.
She is a special teacher in the field of visual impairment, former director of the Swedish School for the Visually Impaired in Helsinki.
Today she is lecturing at different universities around the world.
She has been working with many international projects abroad.
As to the project Isar International she is responsible for cooperation and PR activities.

Richard Piatkowski

Computer scientist. He developed the technical part and know-how of the German ISaR projects. He handles the databases, the server and the structure of the homepage.
